| Don't knock Record Breakers, or re-runs of A Question of Sport........ I have a top Astronomy tip for you all. Pay a visit to Jodrell Bank. It's cheap, and although there isn't much there at the moment (a new centre opening soon!), they have the most fantastic 3D show. It really is one of those "wow" moments. It's only a few hours rather than a whole day trip, but it's certainly something to think about in this economic climate. BTW when I was a student, I sat in the dish! I felt like Top Astronomy Tip no. 1: Take a trip to Alsagers Bank, late at night on a clear night, and have a good look at the sky. It doesn't matter if you don't recognise anything. You'll be able to see many more stars than you can now, and they'll be brighter. You'll see stars you can't see from where you live. Wrap up warm, and take a hot cup of tea. Magic! | |

| When does the group meet? Is it the first week of the month? The reason I ask is that I'm on holiday for the first week in March, and I have loads of re-sealable plastic bags that would have gone into a skip then land-fill if I hadn't grabbed them. They are the ones where the sides lock together at the top. So if anyone is interested...? In case you are wondering, they're not anything that is for sale in the shop! | |

| Hiya all
Just to let you know that we shall be meeting at Jans next monday at 11am for the four C's Coffee - Cake - Chat and Crafting. This is basically a coffee morning but bring along anything you are working on at the moment ie cards, scrapbooking, atc's. This is providing that Jan has not got induction for her 'NEW JOB' but I will give plenty of advance warning on here and by email so watch your computers.
The next months theme for ATC's is 'Fashion'
You will need to make just 10 this time (if you want one for yourself - 9 if you don't)
Some people have decided to take a break from making them for the moment and thats ok, but those who wish to continue after this month, please think of a theme to put in the bag next time - Monday 6th April
Members at the moments are Anna, Tracey, Teresa, Lynn, Jan, Carol, Debbie, Christine, Julie and of course Lynsey! (did not forget you this time ha! ha!)
Well that all from me for now. Hope to see you all soon | |

| Hiya Ladies
Sorry to say that Mondays coffee morning is cancelled for next week 9th March as Jan has got her induction that day (we knew it may be!) so all plans are moved to the week after on Monday 16th March - 11am at jans house.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused but hope that you will all be able to make it on the 16th. See you then.
